This Privacy Policy Package describes the terms for collection, storage, use, sharing and strict protection of your personal information. In case you do not agree with any of the contents in this Privacy Policy, please stop using the BR Platform Service immediately. In short, By using any of the services provided by BR Platform, you will automatically agree to our legal use and thereby protection of your personal information as pronounced by this Privacy Policy.
1.Scope of Application.
To provide users with better, and more personalized service by BR which is our persistent goal of pursuing of user satisfaction. It is wished that your life can be more convenient through our services. This Privacy Policy applies to all services rendered by BR Platform, including your visits to BR Platform's website and/or the services provided by our authorized clients using BR Platform.
Please bearing in mind that this Privacy Policy in particular does not apply to any services delivered by third parties.
1.1 Definitions.
BR: BR Platform Operator, HK Bio-rhythm R&D Company Limited.
BR Platform: Including BR website (Domain name: “hkbiorhythm.com”， “biorhythm.hk”＆“biorhythm.com.hk＂), all applications of BR, websites, and user terminal.
BR Platform Service: BR provides service to you through Internet, big data, and various forms of service, including new forms of service that might arise in the future.
Rules of BR Platform: Including all rules, interpretations, announcements, etc. that have been published and subsequently published within all Rules Channel of BR Platform, as well as all kinds of rules, implementation rules, product process descriptions, announcements, etc. issued by each platform in parties, forums, help centers, etc.

Related company: a single or joint name of an operator other than BR Platform.
Same user: If the person uses the same authentication information or the actual controller of multiple BR accounts then it is determined to be the same person by BR check that he/she will be the same user.
2. How Information is collected.
We collect information to provide you with a better and more personalized service in the following fashions:
2.1. The information you provide to us.
When you register for a BR account and the information you fill in and/or submit when using the services provided by BR Platform, including your name, gender, date of birth, ID number, passport surname, passport given name, passport number, phone number, email address, address and related additional information (e.g. town, postal code, etc.).
2.2. Information collected during your use of the Services.
In order to provide and optimize the services you need, we collect information about your use of the Services, including:
BR automatically receives and records information from your browser and computer, including but not limited to IP address, type of browser, language used, date and time of visit, hardware and software feature information, and web record of your requests when you use the BR Platform Service or visit the BR Platform Website. If you download or use the software from BR or its affiliated client, or visit a mobile web page to use BR Platform Service, BR will read information about your location and mobile device, including but not limited to device model, device identifier, operating system, resolution, and telecommunication operator, etc.
Additionally, we also collect other information about you in further effect to improve the quality of our services, including information you provide when you contact our customer service, your responses sent to us when you participate in the survey, and your interactions with BR parties and BR partners. We also attempt to improve the security of the services through a define mechanism to accurately prevent phishing websites and intruding Trojan viruses. We also assess the risks of your account by understanding some of your network usage habits, your common software information, and some URLs that we deeply believed are risky.
2.3. Information from Third Parties.
BR's affiliates and partners will share your personal information with BR in conformity with the law, at consensus and your consent. In order to provide you with a better, more personalized service, or to provide you with services, or for the purpose of preventing Internet frauds.
You understand and agree that the following information does not apply to this Privacy Policy:
(i) Keyword information that you enter when using the search service provided by BR Platform;
(ii) When you do not select the functions "Anonymous Purchase" and/or "Anonymous Evaluation", BR collects information about your transactions at BR Platform, including but not limited to, bids, deal information and evaluation details;
(iii) Your credit evaluation, violation of the law, or violation of the rules of BR, or other restrictions that might have been taken against you;
(iv) Relevant information on industrial and commercial registration, such as the name of the enterprise, as well as information about the operators of natural persons, to be made public as required by relevant laws and regulations.
3. How Information is used.
Because your information is collected for the purpose of providing services to you and improving the quality of our services, we use your information for following purposes:
3.1. Provide you with the services you use and maintain and improve them.
3.2. Recommend contents that may be of interest to you, including but not limited to, sending you information about products and services, or showing you personalized third-party promotional information through the system, or sharing information with BR partners with your consent so that they can send you information about their products and services. If you do not wish to receive the aforesaid information, you can always unsubscribe it through the appropriate unsubscribe feature.
3.3. We may use your personal information to prevent, detect, investigate the behavior involving frauds, inpeding security, illegally or in violation of agreements, policies or rules with us or its affiliates to protect the legitimate rights and interests of all of us or our affiliates, or other users.
3.4. We may combine personal information from other services to provide you with more personalized use of the service, to facilitate you with a broader social network experience.
3.5. Other uses with your permission.
4. How Information is shared.
We have confidentiality obligations to keep your information confidential and will not sell or rent any of your information to third parties for marketing and profiteering purposes. We will share your information with third parties only if:

For example, in a transaction so created on BR, which party fulfills or partly fulfill its trading obligations and requests information disclosure, BR will then provide the user with the necessary information, such as the contact method of other party in transaction as the case may be, thereby facilitating the completion of the said transaction or the resolution of the captioned dispute.
4.7. Disclosure to third parties is required in the event of a violation of local laws, regulations or BR-related agreements or rules.

5. Use of Cookies and Internet Beacons.
To make your visit easier, when visiting a BR Platform website or using the services provided by BR Platform, we may identify you through a small profile to eliminate the need to re-enter registration information or to determine the security of your account. The information and materials collected by BR about you will be stored on the servers of BR and/or its affiliates, and such information and data may be transmitted, accessed, stored and displayed in your country, region or place where BR collects information and materials.
7. The protection of your personal information.
To keep your information safe, we strive to take reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative security measures to prevent your information from disclosing, damaging, or loss, including but not limited to, SSL, information encryption storage, and data center access control. We also have strict management of employees or outsourced personnel who may have access to your information, including but not limited to, taking different controls depending on the position, signing confidentiality agreements with them, and monitoring their operations. BR will provide security measures to protect your information in accordance with existing technology and reasonable security, and will put our best endeavor to keep your information from being leaked, damaged or lost.
Your account is secure. It is of utmost importance that you please keep your account and password information in safe. Place BR ensures that your information is not lost, misused, or changed through security measures such as back up other servers and encrypting user passwords. Despite the above security measures, it is to understand that there is no "perfect security measures" on the information network.
When trading online using the BR Platform service, it is inevitable that you will disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address to the other party or potential party. Please protect your personal information and provide it only to others only when it is if necessary. If you find that your personal information has been disclosed, especially your account and password, please contact BR Customer Service immediately for immediate attention and remedial action.

We value the protection of personal information of minors, and if you are a minor, we recommend that you ask your guardian to read this Privacy Policy carefully and use our services or provide us with information with your guardian's consent.
